What Heals Us
What heals us is spending time with that emotion. It’s the process of letting the feeling of emotions bring forth specific ones and letting them surface. This allows all of those moments and experiences attached to our past, such as respect or disrespect, come to light. As we follow these emotions given, we revisit but not wallow in the hurt.
